Hi, I’m Coach RikWick: a full-time Pilates instructor and personal trainer who believes Pilates should be approachable, comfortable, and fun.
When I started teaching Pilates full-time, I noticed how intimidating activewear culture had become.
Between expensive matching sets and perfect "Pilates girlie" tropes, it felt like you had to look a certain way just to show up. But what about those of us who just want to throw on a great hat, cozy pants, and get moving?
That’s why I built CRW Shop. I wanted to offer cheeky, ultra-comfortable gear that takes the pretension out of Pilates.
No rigid fashion rules or high-maintenance trends: just fun, expressive style that makes showing up a little more motivating (even when you'd rather stay at home).
